2. grinder can adjust the thickness .  Remove the grinder nut in the middle of joystick handle and L-SHAPED holder lift the center screw together the other hand gently rotating the gear shaped nut in a clock direction to a little tight degree.

 3.set back to the holder. handle and nut .And tighten .Put coffee beans into during grinding process don't turn too fast .gently turning as much as possible so that the grinding core doesn't produce frictional heat .
